Cricket, summer and life..

Cricket a game always played with skill and sheer mental strength. I was a good player of this game a very few years back. It was April we started our cricket season. We started our team with old players except two new comers Reuben and Jimson. As a good player of our team I suggested our then Captain to give Reuben and Jimson to bowl and bat upper middle order. In the first two or three matches they played very ordinary cricket. After some loses the Captainship comes to in the start of the May. As I am very close to Reuben we started training very hard. Reuben learned and developed very quickly. Now we form a good new ball partnership and won many matches for our Club team. We both selected for the provisional squad of our district. But in the provisional matches I played very well and got into the senior squad. I still remember the May 31 when we played a club match and it was raining we all wet and also wept because of the end of cricket season and the summer.

That summer my friend got into a love affair I supported it and end with fighting his lover’s brother. That time we always supported our friends with sincerity I don’t find any friendship like that in the younger generations.

Life like cricket always challenges and sometime difficult things happens like our team falls with 23/6 and we just keep our Head down and takes it to 100/6 etc, It was great challenges happened in Cricket Life. That kind of situation made our mind strong and skillful. I think the toughest part of test match is surviving the last 10 over of a new ball in a day. Sometime that kind of situation happens in our life in business or Martial or u know how many things. The greatest part of Cricket is sometimes we survive difficult situation and keep the tempo moving and won a big tournament. One inspired me 1999 Steve Waugh Team won the World Cup.
